For your information, “Live Case Transmissions” will be broadcasted video on-demand by e-casebook after CVIT2025. The broadcasting URL and details will be sent to the CVIT2025 attendees when the broadcasting page is ready.
*Dress code notification
Due to global warming and to save energy for air conditioning, we promote to wear casual clothing such as a half-sleeve shirt without a tie or a jacket, etc. and administration staff at work will wear casual clothing at CVIT2025. We also recommend all participants to wear casual clothing at the venue.

We ask all participants to print out their name badge in A4 size from “My Page” and bring it to the reception at the venue on the day to receive a name card holder. The name badge is also a certificate of attendance for the renewal of medical specialists and certified physicians, etc. Please keep it during and after the meeting.

*We will control access to the venue by QR code at CVIT2025. If a name badge is used by more than once, we will ask the attendee to pay the regular registration fee. Thank you for your understanding.

Please bring your CVIT membership card with you to register for participation credits required for renewal of certification as a board-certified physician, specialist, or emeritus specialist, using a bar code during the congress. If you do not bring your membership card with you, you will not be able to register for participation credits at the venue, therefore please keep your name tag（certificate of attendance）until renewal time.

A lunch box will be provided for the luncheon seminars and light refreshments for the coffee break seminars.
(The number of lunch boxes/refreshments are limited.) There is no luncheon seminar ticket.
If you pre-booked a slot at a luncheon seminar, please bring the booking confirmation e-mail and show it when entering the room.
You can also attend luncheon seminars without pre-booking. In that case, please come to the room and check walk-up slots. Luncheon Seminar information will be updated on CVIT2025 website during the conference.

There are paid parking lots attached to the venues. We recommend you to use public transport to travel to the venue, since the parking space is limited.
Please turn all cellular phones and beepers off or on silent mode during the sessions.
